Cancellation,Returns & Refunds Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please note that the Turnaround Time (TAT) for refunds is 10 days from the date of receiving the returned product.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
Return shipping charges will be borne by the store if wrong/inadequate/incomplete products are shipped.
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer for reasons such as ‘Customer Remorse’, Product ordered by mistake’.
For ‘ Product ordered by mistake’ – we hold the right to accept or reject the return request based on our discretion.
Refunds will be issued only once returns are received and inspected by us. Please use a reliable courier partner that provides return POD in cases where an investigation is required.
Most reverse pickups can be arranged, except in inaccessible and remote regions.
